Copa ca bana

The hotel has been updating rooms lately, I travel in the area once or twice a year. Convenient location, centrally located.

The clerk was friendly while checking in. This was the only motel listed for Medicine Lodge. I think there were 7 or 8 vehicles parked by rooms when I stayed. I didn't want to have to drive to Pratt or Alva for this trip. Room was decent, although needing renovation. The AC worked incredibly well!

The information from Expedia, the motel website and the way were treated was totally different. Expedia said check in and check out is 12:30. Motel website said check in at 3, check out at 11. They knocked on our door and told us to get out at 10am then proceeded to argue with me about their own check out time.

Small town USA motel

Older motel at a smaller Kansas town. was painted very nice. Needing some maintenance care bathroom door not closing properly, water a sink no cool water. I am sure they would have switched rooms if we asked. But we checked in late stayed one day off next morning early.

Traveling with two younger children for a wedding. I prepaid for my room through Expedia. Upon arrival the desk clerk asked me if I had any children, I answered that I had two. He began accusing me, stating "you people always book online and don't add your kids in order to get a better deal". I questioned if they charge more for children and he said they did. I advised him that I didn't know I would be charged extra or I would of corrected my original booking. He proceeded to tell me that I could cancel my booking and rebook at today's higher rate. The new rate was double what we originally agreed to pay via Expedia. He took my cash and printed me an expedia receipt for less than what I paid Expedia. I asked again for a receipt for what I paid him that day and he continued to argue. This hotel has been partially updated as are friends were placed in a recently renovated room. We were given an outdated room on the back side of the hotel, next to a long term tenant that chain smokes outside his room. The entry way to the room was bordered with duck tape and the carpet is very worn with numerous stains. Overall the room was clean enough and the bedding looked fresh. Due to our poor experience, we spent as little time here as possible. We arrived late and left as soon as we woke up. Would not recommend.

He talked on the phone the entire time he was checking us in. Then they never cleaned the room. Bed was hard and not comfortable.

Los encargados son personas pésimas, me estafaron pagué una reservación online y cómo llegué al hotel a las 12:00 pm no me quisieron atender y al día siguiente a las 7:00 am me dijeron que ya había perdido la reservación , en fin ni me dieron la habitación ni me devolvieron el dinero. Les sugiero que piensen en quedarse en otra lugar y no ahí.
