The location and the quality of the property itself is very good. However, the quality of service is very poor. Staff is neither freindly nore trained. Common area is mostly dirty and rooms are not cleaned during my entire stay. Food quality is below average. Non of reception staff are aware of Expedia gold or VIP access benifits. I am very disappointed 😞

Excellent location, across the road from Masjid al Nabawi , the hotel is tired and in need of refurbishment, the staff are always helpful and trying to help but it appears that they don’t have enough housekeeping to clean the hotel, hallways are are dusty,carpets are tired and unclean, trying to get your room clean and get towels are a mission impossible, however the staff are very pleasant and very helpful, it’s probably due to covid and not having enough staff, the manager Urwan, ,Omar ,inees ,the housecleaning team and the receptionist’s are all very nice and deserve a medal for working in a very short staffed hotel . I am sorry but the owners need to help the staff get the place really clean
