1. Jacob was extremely helpful at check in.
2. Whoever called me at 11:00 a.m. to tell me it was check out time was rude and raised his voice at me. I told him Jacob had given me an 11:30 a.m. late check out time.
3. There was nothing to eat. If the restaurant was closed, I had to go out. The shop at the desk was quite limited.
4. I was given a handicap room, which is fine, but had obviously not been used, cleaned or even looked at. The door to the bathroom had some sort of mold growing on it and there were piles of dust and dirt surrounding and under the furniture (which had a lot of nicks and scratches).
This particular hotel needs an overhaul on it's rooms! I will never stay at another DoubleTree by Hilton.
