The space
After a long day of sightseeing with your family or friends you can relax in the luxurious hot Spa and feel the stress or fatigue just melt away.
Got a bit of a competitive edge to you? You're in luck! You can challenge each other to a spirited game of billiards, darts or foosball.
Then round out the night by toasting marshmallows on the outdoor firepit (wood supplied) or watching a movie (log in to your Netflix account) on a large 75 inch Smart TV. There is a large TV in the lounge room and a large TV in the games room and a smaller TV in the dining area if you cannot agree on what to watch.
Alternatively, there is a great selection of books and board games for the young and the young at heart.
If you have to do some work - we have reliable Wi-Fi and desks with ergonomical chairs for your convenience.
For young families - a highchair, stroller and porta cot (byo linen) are available - please let us know when booking if you require these.
The kitchen is fully equipped with every utensil you may need to cook up a storm. There is a large fridge/freezer, 5 burner gas top stove and wide oven, kettle and toaster as well as a sandwich press, air fryer, slow cooker, blender and coffee machine. The pantry is stocked with the essentials such as oil, balsamic vinegar, salt and pepper, tomato sauce, vegemite, honey, sugar and a selection of teas and coffees.
All bed linen and towels are provided for each guest as well as pool towels for the spa. And for that extra luxury feel, we also provide bathrobes for the adults.
Guest access
You will have access to the entire house and all its amenities.
PARKING
The house is on a main road and no on-street parking is permitted - fines and possible towing apply. There is however a very long driveway and parking on the front yard - so plenty of room for 2 or 3 cars or a boat/trailer.
SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS
The house sleeps 7 adults comfortably with 2 King beds, 2 Single beds and a Trundle bed. There is also 2 small couches that fold down into beds. The couches are quite small so suitable for children only and would not be comfortable for adults.
STRICTLY NO PARTIES ALLOWED
All adult guests must be listed on the booking and only those listed are permitted onto the property at any time (unless by prior arrangement).
A council imposed quiet time between 11:00pm and 7:00am must be adhered to.
SMOKING
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the house. Feel free to smoke outside but please dispose of butts in the ashtrays provided.
STRICTLY NO PETS PERMITTED
Our son has allergies so if you need to bring your pet, please choose another property.
SECURITY
There are 2 cameras that continuously record video and audio at the front door and front yard. They face from the front door to the front gate and from the front of the house to the front gate. They are for security purposes only and do not in any way monitor movement or sound inside the house or backyard.
**Deliberate obstruction or tampering with the cameras in any way or violations of any of the above rules may result in your stay being immediately terminated.
Other things to note
Please note the property is a registered Short Stay Accommodation property (Registration No. STRA0663/22) and all guests are required to abide by the Mornington Peninsula Shire Short Stay Accommodation Code of Conduct.
Details of the Code will be made available to guests on arrival but the main things to note are:
* No aggressive behaviour
* No additional accommodation allowed on site by way of tents, caravans, etc
* Outdoor areas including spas, outdoor decking are not to be used between 11:00pm to 7:00am
