This is what this property has got and more. Close to cafe strip and only 45 minutes to the city by train. Tastefully renovated with stained glass windows and a ceiling rose. Come and enjoy this home with a large decking at the rear and enjoying the wonderful bird life singing in the valley. Montmorency is a very liveable village style community with a strong community feel. In a lovely and quiet part of Melbourne, close enough to the train station. The house has almost everything you could wish for even a NutriBullet! There is plenty cutlery, utensils, crockery etc available. I prepared most of the Christmas meal for my in laws’ house in the kitchen. The wifi was great. The reverse cycle air conditioner was nice and warm! Yes we needed heating as it was so cold at Christmas. It was great to open the windows and get air in too at nights and the type of windows mean lots of air can get in. (We really liked this). There is a little sun room which we set up with our dogs’ crates.
