Five bedroom fully equipped private residence with secure underground carpark. Facilities include; open plan kitchen and living room, large alfresco entertaining area, pool and pool house, cinema room, wood fired oven, formal dining room, private study, basketball ring, etc. Everything you could ever want in a home. NO WEEKEND STAYS, PARTIES, WEDDINGS, PHOTO SHOOT. STRICT 1 WEEK MINIMUM. The space We are located in a quite pocket of St Kilda, with easy access to St Kilda beach, Chapel Street entertainment precinct, Melbourne City and Albert Park Lake.
