Eventually got into the owner through messages who tried to book a cleaner and when unsuccessful tried to have Stayz find us somewhere else. Unfortunately Stayz were useless and didn't want to know about it. We ended up getting a refund and booked somewhere through an alternative provider which turned out to be nicer.
