Wotif will refund my payment. 5\. Owner also conveyed they had previously sent email to notify cancellation, and would forward it to me again - never saw any email in either case. No communication. And not one direct phone call - ever. 6\. We then had to find last minute accommodation for a family of 5, using Wifi on our mobile phone at 5pm in the afternoon. Absolutely appalling experience. 7\. Having returned home, I spent a day chasing up refund for unavailable accommodation which Wotif knew nothing about. 8.This accommodation does not deserve to be on the internet. Totally unacceptable.
