we stayed 2 nights and our room was not made up... on calling the service counter they advised that the room is only made up every 3 days, however this was not mentioned on check in or during booking. For a hotel of this standard and price we expected a better outcome but they said noone was available to clean the room and all they were able to provide was fresh towels. Breakfast was not hot _ scrambled eggs and baked beans was dry. overall lovely hotel but very poor experience 😢 I won't recommend or be back.
