Private balcony overlooking beautiful period homes. Restaurants, cafes and fashionable boutiques at your doorstep. The MCG is in walking distance (2 km away). The Royal Botanic gardens are a 10 min walk away with St Kilda beach and the CBD a quick 10 min drive away.

Open plan one bedroom apartment on second floor. Elevated private balcony with quiet street frontage and maple tree views. Bedroom has treed view with a plush new King size bed. Hotel quality linen. Smart Sony TV. USB points beside bed. Bluetooth speaker. Split system air con and heater. New AEG Washing machine and Dryer. Delonghi- Nespresso Coffee maker with Nespresso pods. Full kitchen with microwave. New Full size fridge. No dishwasher. Free WIFI.

Free secure car parking. Keysafe located on site. Video intercom in the apartment connects to the front door of the apartment block. Guests have access to the outdoor pool and entertaining area which is complete with outdoor table, umbrella, deck chairs and BBQ. All guests must be respectful of other guests in the building when using the outdoor facilities. Hours of entertainment area are strictly 8am until 10pm.

Parties are forbidden. CCTV coverage throughout the building. No smoking in the apartment.

Trendy stay in Wonderful Melbourne

Property was what we expected. We’ll appointed and in a great area. Close to trams, trains and many restaurants and bars. Bernadette was very respectful of time there. Nothing but good to say for this stay.
