Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy

Dirty space, worse service.

Location is in an abyss of nothingness. We arrived and the place was filthy, sand and dirt everywhere. The beds had no comforter covers, and one bed had substituted a comforter for a mattress topper. Door handles fell off in the room and on the main entrance to the tower. It was infested with Ants. When we asked to check out we were told we had to leave immediately or we would not be refunded. We were travelling from the US with 2 small children and had to cancel their day out to go back to the space to pack up and find last minute accommodationHonestly this space and the treatment we received and the completely inhuman hosting service makes me never want to return to Australia if this is what it is like. Thanks for ruining our family holiday
