Kim has always been an amazing host and the house is clean, comfortable and has everything we need. Highly recommend if you want to disconnect from the city life. "

"Perfect for visiting my gator. Very easy to walk to the stadium & campus, but due to heat I drove. Convenient location & short drive to retail areas & exploration of the Gainesville area. Easy self check-in. Charming area populated with many student rentals, but very quiet. Beautiful back garden & old oaks. Perfect for a family or even 2 or 3 couples.Great hosts. i highly recommend!"

"We loved our stay. Aaron made us feel so welcome, including giving us farm fresh eggs for our breakfast and introducing us to his family's farm animals. He even let me hand feed the baby goats - SO cute. Their property is rural, peacefully quiet, and quite beautiful. The house is charming and rustic, with a fully stocked kitchen and wonderful touches like fresh flowers and some homemade jam.
