“Everything is great! Cozy and clean room, friendly front desk staffs and housekeepers. Free parking. A bit bad access to Wi-Fi for the first-time log-in. Unclear road sign as well as bad google map direction, it's better to drive in by Northgate crossing Blvd., instead of Hardy Fwy. because the entrance will be closed if road tree trimming, but there are no notice sign ahead.”

“Es un hotel viejo sin mantenimiento, las habitaciones necesitan renovarse. Cortinas viejas, alfombra casi que rota. Oxidadas las llaves del baño y el tubo de regadera. No funcionaba 1 elevador. El aire acondicionado demasiado ruidoso . Lo único bueno era la cama que era cómoda y que incluye el desayuno. ”

“The pool wasn’t heated for our stay in March, which we had planned to use. One of the main reasons for booking. We have stayed here before, and The forgot to mention, we didn’t want a room over the roof and outside air conditioning unit. So it was noisy! On Monday morning, there was a lady with 4 boys who came in from outside and over took the breakfast, piling food and breakfast sandwiches on extra plates. She completely wiped out some food stations with extra plates. When they finished……

“The hot tub was broken, the shower head did not have any pressure, the keys don’t work on the room door, and the toilet didn’t flush. ”
