Big Cypress Lodge
We were placed in the original room we booked and several lamps and the Television didn't work. We called MULTIPLE times to have maintenance look at the issues and went to the front desk several times to inquire about the issues. After a night of staying in the room where nothing worked they transfered ...

Crowne Plaza Memphis Downtown Hotel by IHG
We didn’t actually stay at the Crown Plaza. The National Guard took over the hotel so we were moved to the LaQuinta Inn. It was very nice once they fixed a shower problem. They even shuttled us back and forth to the Crown Plaza for our breakfast we prepaid for.

Hyatt Centric Beale Street Memphis
It was a beautiful sunny day when we checked in. We were told the rooftop bar was closed. Very disappointed as i booked based on the mississippi river view hotel bragged about from rooftop. Had i known of closure i would have chosen a different hotel.
