HORRIFYING. Hair in bathroom. Parking expensive nightmare. Unsafe neighborhood. Rude unprofessional staff guy on a screen checking you in with endless codes you have to keep track of to get in and out of the room and building with a piece of paper?! Refused a refund and we had to initiate this long awful process of having Expedia pay us back because the hotel would not. DO NOT BOOK IN HERE. Truly a nightmare experience for us and it pretty much ruined our trip to LA financially and otherwise.

"Sink and countertop covered by hundreds of ants. Shower moldy and needed repair. Staff got me a new room, but it was in the only section of the hotel that was occupied by other guests. They were extremely loud most of the night, arguing and fighting loudly, smoking who knows what, women crying, etc. ..."
