Good breakfast, tea/coffee available at all times although not in roomd

Stay was great and the location is awesome, but 1/online staff never responded to questions asked through hotels.com weeks ahead of time, then canceled with just 2 days notice a restaurant réservation made separately with no explanation. Also 2/not equipped for the increasingly fréquent heat waves. No AC and we were just given a (noisy) fan apparently purchased last minute and very warm bedsheets. Had to leave the windows open throughout the night to keep the room around 25c which was still uncomfortably hot. Would maybe book again September to May, but only last minute and with fair weather forecast June-August.

It has recently been revamped and it is really modern. The thalasso area is much improved

Had a nice stay overall, and our room was great! The location is good just one street back from the beach and the hotel facilities include a nice indoor pool and a very basic gym. Service was very average to poor throughout and lets the place down. The disinterest at check-in when we arrived early set the tone for the whole stay. I know check-in is at 1600, but at least appear to try and get our room ready early if you can!! To just be repeatedly told check-in is 1600 so dismissively was pretty disappointing. Breakfast had a good spread, but again service came with a ‘don’t ask me for anything’ attitude. So we skipped it on other mornings (in favour of Le Sacre cafe - which was brilliant) and also didn’t bother with the restaurant in the evenings (try Isosoa, Côte Cuisine and Le Conely). A great example of a poor welcome causing us to engage with the hotel differently! I.e just enjoy the nice room and pool, skip anything requiring interaction with the staff. Overall, it’s a lovely property in a good location. But service doesn’t match up.
