“Excellent place”

“Would have loved to stay a few days and explore more. We stopped overnight during a roadtrip for a great price on Expedia with a river view room. Very clean hotel and rooms. The only exception was the shower curtain was not up to par for Hyatt Hotels. I forgot to take a photo but it was clearly used a lot and not cleaned thoroughly with a few red mildew spots on it. The gym was excellent, equipped Peloton of course! Be I enjoyed using the machines. Very clean, spacious, and organized gym! All in……

“it was ok nothing great...nothing fancy very bare room...only one coffee envelope no refrigerater, no micro wave. Stayed at lot better places for less.”

“Check in set the tone. The girl was the most unfriendly hospitality worker I’ve encountered. 0 welcome. 0 communication. Checked in and discovered our door was broken and dead bolt wouldn’t latch. Back to the desk. Unfriendly worker inconvenienced by this. We left to eat and came back to see if issue resolved. Again-she is inconvenienced. Hard to find positives when this person kills the vibe.”

“This would've been a five star review but for the postage stamp size pillows. If you don't mind sleeping on a throw pillow great! But if you want something bigger this isn't the place for you. The hotel could at least provide a variety. One woman who asked for a regular size pillow never got it”

“Clean and decorated nicely all around. No Internet issues for work, my kids loved the amenities. The kitchenette was a plus! Staff was respectful and friendly. Also enjoyed their social hour they offered! Lots to do around the hotel as well.”
