Easy to find, well located to see Amana. Very nice bed and breakfast!! Nice rooms, had ice maker, room for breakfast, and a refrig in common area in case you need to keep something cold.
Comfortable, quiet, private, pleasant stay in late 1800's farm house. Great conversations with owner Karl with very extensive diverse life experiences, and very knowledgeable about the area. Very good breakfast including multiple choices for items and time.
It was a wonderful stay! The breakfasts were fabulous! I will be back!
The property was clean and well maintained. It felt like a home away from home.
Friendly, fast service. When we checked in, the air conditioning was not working in our room. We were quickly moved to another room with fast friendly service.

I love staying at this hotel because it’s in the heart of the downtown area. It was only a 10min walk to the university. My daughter and I were able to go to her orientation and register for all of her classes. I will definitely stay here again!
