The apartment features modern furnishings and offers tranquil views over a tidal creek inlet. It's within easy walking distance to Merimbula's main shopping and dining areas, as well as close proximity to Spencer Park River Beach and just 100 meters from the harbour. The full kitchen is equipped with a stove top, oven, dishwasher, full fridge/freezer, microwave, and gas BBQ. Additional amenities include air conditioning, electric heating, a smart TV, DVD player, washing machine, and tumble dryer. The property has a strict no-smoking and no-pets policy.
