It is composed of an entrance with cupboard, a living room equipped with a flat screen television and a sofa bed for two people, a kitchen area equipped with a dishwasher, a cabin bedroom with a double bed people and storage, a bathroom with bathtub equipped with a shower curtain, washbasin and storage, wc in the bathroom. This apartment benefits from a balcony facing the sea with garden furniture available, a private overhead parking space n°117. The residence is located near the nautical club and has a common bike room. This rental is classified in category 3 \* For the sake of hygiene, disposable mattress protectors and disposable pillow protectors are provided to you on arrival.
