Clean room. Quick to answer questions. Only disappointed as there was nothing really included besides just night rest. We booked it thinking it was a bed and breakfast but it wasn't.

There wasn’t much heads up that the pool would be closed for a holiday - felt like we overpaid for what was advertised. Our room wasn’t cleaned but the staff had clearly been in to refresh towels. When we returned from our outing our door was not properly closed (following this towel refresh), leaving our stuff vulnerable to theft.

I would recommend the Rodd to anyone traveling to Charlottetown. I stayed there for three nights and found the staff were amazing and super helpful. Very solution oriented and kind the few times we needed something from them. The rooms were spotless and have been newly renovated and the rest of the hotel is maintained. If you use hotel gyms, it is missing a few machines but still does the job quite well.

"Staff were very friendly and helpful. I would recommend to travelers to use the Kari app rather than taxi services. it is much like Uber and the wait times were very short compared to the taxi i used first. This is a No Frills hotel so be sure to bring a hair dryer if you need one."
