The desk staff was personable & check in was done quickly

There was no breakfast offered, no coffee, no food of any kind. The room had light bulb out. There was no smoking there and had to go outside to smoke but they surely allow vaping with the thc in it as well. Will not stay there anymore and you clearly smell the thc as well with no problem unless you can’t smell at all.

The parking lot has huge potholes that are difficult to avoid. The staff was very friendly and accommodating The property is old. The carpets and furniture need to be replaced It’s as clean as it can be considering how worn out everything is. The breakfast was good. The bed was comfortable

We ended up staying here after leaving the hotel we had initially booked due to safety and maintenance issues. We were greeted immediately and had a friendly chat with Nick, the front desk guy (Happy Birthday, Nick!) and another associate, who gave us helpful suggestions for where to eat nearby. Everything was clean and modern. Security factors (locks, exterior lighting, etc) all were in place and functioning. Room was comfortable and I liked the bed so much we may order one. We didn't use the amenities much, but I did have some breakfast in the morning, which was decent, if largely comprised of processed items. *Note to Holiday Inn corporate: Please consider shifting to reusable diningware instead of the extensive use of plastic utensils and styrofoam in your many, many hotels. It would make a huge difference in the amount of landfill waste you create and in the environmental footprint you leave behind. And the addition of a commercial dishwasher would likely pay for itself in a very reasonable and economically-sound timeframe. Thanks.
