This very bright studio is air-conditioned. It includes a living room with a sleeping area featuring a real 140cm bed, a kitchenette with a stovetop, microwave, fridge/freezer, a dining area, and a TV with Wi-Fi. All opening onto a terrace where you can sunbathe and enjoy your meals. A lovely bathroom with a toilet. The location is very peaceful and you can do everything on foot; the market halls, the port, and the beach are all nearby. Ideal for spa guests or a romantic getaway. There is a parking lot just outside the residence (electric charging stations in this parking lot). NON-SMOKING accommodation - Linens not provided. During the heating season, a supplement will be charged for your electricity consumption during your stay (consumption readings will be based on your arrival and departure meter readings) and will be payable on site on the day of your departure.
