"We had a lovely stay and the hosts were warm, accommodating and responsive. The location is incredible -- extensive views from both sides of the property; the hilltop village setting is out of a postcard with lovely little streets and nooks to explore; and the local shops, market days, restaurants provide everything needed locally. The property is adequate, a little rustic, but well suited to time outdoors by the lovely pool and as a springboard for day trips throughout amazing Tuscany....

"We were a group of 7 and rented all 4 rooms in the building. We loved the private, remote location and the outdoor areas - such as the covered seating area next to the grill and games on the lawn! The pool is huge and especially deep! Claudia takes great care of it (we could not find the special sun tan cream that she recommended - for some reason our normal sun tan lotions caused white swimming costumes to go yellow in places). Thankfully I read a review about the mosquitoes so we came well...

"My husband and I spent 9 days at Anna Maria and Filiberto property. We had the most wonderful time there. We can't remember having such relaxing holiday. Everything was just perfect: spacious, clean house, outdoor table with chairs, the most beautiful palm tree in front of our house, blooming flowers and trees. Absolutely perfect. "Die Wohnung war genau so wie beschrieben. Wir wussten also dass die Straße, der Zug und die Autobahn in unmittelbarer Nähe sind. Da wir aber jeden Tag Ausflüge ans Meer oder die nahen Städte gemacht haben hat uns das nicht weiter gestört. Wir haben auch manchmal den Pool abends noch genutzt.
