"One of the things I love best about the owners/operators of this property is that they don’t give the guest a chore at checkout. It was actually my first experience like that with VRBO, and it made an already great stay feel like the cherry on top that we didn’t have to strip beds or take out the garbage, etc. It’s a perfect quiet spot in otherwise not-so-quiet college town, but you’re also close to everything you need to get to. "I reserved this VRBO for three weeks and ended up leaving 6 nights early. The owner was very responsive to text messages during check-in and the stay. I asked if he could check on getting me a refund or a partial refund for the six days of my reservation and he said he would check. But instead of checking and answering me, he just blocked my text messages. Not cool."

"Came into town for a family reunion but didn’t want to stay in a hotel. Searched for a spot and came across this one. Neighborhood was quiet, house had nice fresh feel. Back yard was the keeper. Fire pit was amazing. Rooms were just right. Kitchen had everything you need to prepare your meal. Definitely would use the property again and would recommend."

"Came to Tallahassee for our son’s graduation, The Urban Mansion was perfect! What a remarkable property not only was spacious it was so well equipped. We were able to have our family in one place to celebrate from the pool room to the patio with swimming pool, huge dining room chefs kitchen enormous bedrooms etc. would absolutely stay again.
