“Since this hotel is my middle point drive from Brisbane to Sydney, so we check in very late, after 9pm. Hotel sent me the message teach me how to take key and parking car before I tell them I will come late. That is thoughtful. I felt sick in next morning, that is the check out time at 10am. I called the staff immediately. The staff is very nice allow us to late check out at 11:30am. Thanks for their help. ”

“Alert! The room was as advertised. However, someone got a duplicate key opened the door while we were sleeping and stole a handbag with our car keys, stole the car, damaged it and stole valuables from the car and 300 cash. The security was horrible and neither Stayz or the owner have offered compensation for our uninsured losses or refund for our stay.”
