Great Hotel! Location central to Shopping Malls, KLCC Centre & Petronas Twin Towers. Room was very clean and spacious, with complimentary mini fridge. Staff polite and helpful. Recommended!!!!!

Staff everywhere were nonchalant and preoccupied. Food at restaurants was terrible. Location was far from most destinatioms so I used Grab taxis everywhere (relatively cheap plus foreign transaction fees on each fare) because of that. Hotel itself was spacious and clean. The warm cookies at the front desk made my day.

Need hand towels. If you have international guests, this is the normal for us. Breakfast was nice. Room cleaned was good. Got a late check out. Picked up from airport. Gym is decent. Could do with few more weight and cardio machines. There is space. Been a good stay. Thank you
