The young lady at the front desk was absolutely delightful...the rooms were clean but very cold and the hot water wasnt so hot. Outside of that the place was close to everything, clean, and safe.

We had a great weekend getaway at the Riggs. Would recommend. Clean and comfortable. High marks for staff.
