"This location is very convenient, with the train station and several restaurants nearby. The airport shuttle (available for a fee) is also a good option. The front desk and cleaning staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was reasonably priced for the cost and quality. However, the facilities are older and outdated. The hotel does not include basic amenities such as an exercise gym, but it is a good option for those who simply want clean rooms in a great location."

"The pool being closed on Monday should be well advertised, I really wanted to swim. It ruined my last day in Japan ~ I wish I would have read more…..but had no idea this was a thing. They have specific times for the pool & members."

"If you are travelers from US, stay away from this hotel. The rooms are so tiny that we had to walk side way because the space between foot of the bed and the wall is like a foot and a half. If you are big, you won’t make it. And in the corner, a shelf which we didn’t know what that was for was sticking out and my husband hit his head once.
