This beautiful 2-bedroom 2-bathroom apartment is located in the urbanization Jardines de Calahonda Phase II, situated close to the coast road halfway between Fuengirola and Marbella. The complex was built in the 1980's and has some of the best subtropical gardens in the area and boasts a magnificent swimming pool.

South facing, first floor apartment, overlooking the garden; 5 minutes’ walk from Luna beach and the coastal path, without having to cross the road.
Within walking distance, you will also find the shopping centers Los Cipreses and El Campanario with supermarkets (Lidl and Maskon), pharmacy, banks, cafes, restaurants, kiosk, dry cleaners / laundry, florist, etc ....
Jardines de Calahonda has its own local bar in the neighborhood, useful for enjoying a refreshing drink, a snack or an ice cream.

Sitio de Calahonda is located about 35 kilometers by car from Malaga airport, between the city of Fuengirola and Marbella. The area has managed to preserve its natural environment enjoying the mountainous and coastal areas thanks to the magnificent coastal path that surrounds its beaches from La Cala de Mijas to the port of Cabo Pino and Marbella. The area has bars, restaurants, stores and typical Andalusian life. In Sitio de Calahonda is the Golf Course “La Siesta”, with nine holes Par three and several sports centers such as “Club del Sol” or “OXYGEN”.
