New Luxury 3BR large terrace - La Cala Golf

This beautiful apartment has been designed to separate the living and sleeping areas, offering complete privacy for everyone. The hall leads to the open plan kitchen and living area, furnished with a large L shaped sofa and with a dinning table with room for 6. From the lounge you look out through the floor to ceiling patio windows onto the large terrace, which when opened, creates an indoor - outdoor living experience. The large terrace has great golf and mountain views. On the terrace there is another dinning table for 8, which is the best place to enjoy a meal cooked on the gas barbecue. There are also sun loungers and a chill-out area to relax in.

You can enjoy cooking in the fully equipped open plan kitchen, as the central island hob and breakfast bar make the kitchen the best place to gather. There is also a separate utility room with washing machine and dryer.

On the other side of the apartment are 3 bedrooms and two bathrooms. The master bedroom has a large double bed and ensuite bathroom with double sink and shower. The other two bedrooms have two single beds each, with one offering the possibility to join into a double, and share a bathroom with rain shower. All bedrooms have built in wardrobes with plenty of space for storage.

Sehr schön aber Verbesserungswürdig

Kontakt zur Vermietagentur Spanien = 0, Keine Verträge , keine Info. Alles führt zur Verunsicherung. Letztlich aber alles ok. Wohnung in einwandfreiem Zustand , aber für den Preis nicht optimal ausgestattet. Töpfe und Pfannen muten an Campingqualität, Orangenpresse kaputt, keine Frühstücksteller, Korkenzieher nicht zu gebrauchen, alles Kleinigkeiten, aber nervig. Tiefgaragenzufahrt und Zugang zur Wohnung optimal. Für Urlaube im Winter und Frühjahr ist das Problem der fehlenden Südwestausrichtung. Spätestens ab 16°° keine Sonne und bei kühlem Wind ist die Terrasse nicht nutzbar. Unverschämt; Großer Grill im Prospekt , kleiner Elektrogrill real vorhanden und keine Erklärung warum. Ist halt so. Staubsauger sucht man vergeblich bzw. unter Verschluss . Wegen dem Grill , und der Qualität der Ausstattung 2 Sterne Abzug . Aussicht über das Gelände bis in die Berge sehr schön.
