"This hotel delivered a great experience overall. The staff, particularly Pasindu, who went above and beyond, were very friendly, helpful, and fluent in English, which made everything easy from check in, to local recommendations. Additional staff members, Sabina and Salvatore (including the breakfast staff), were also very kind and welcoming. The location is prime, felt very safe, and made getting around effortless. Rooms were modern and new, and breakfast was included, highlighted by excellent pastries! Parking was initially a challenge, but Pasindu went above and beyond by offering his own parking space, which truly set the service apart. Jolly Charme Suite was an excellent choice! "

"I needed a place near the Milazzo waterfront and catamaran service to Aeolian islands. There was also a direct bus to the train station for €1,20 This hotel has a lovely breakfast buffet and the hostess makes a great cappuccino!"

"This hotel is a total dump. Rooms are outright unsafe and full of black mold. Missing and loose floor boards are a tripping hazard. Does not look anything like the photos in the Expedia listing and booking info. Massively overpriced, old and falling apart literally. "

"Would not hesitate to stay here again. Not directly on the beach, but only a very short walk. I received a lovely warm welcome, and the room was just lovely. It had a very nicely furnished balcony, and a slight view of the ocean. The room and bathroom were extremely clean. I had a small refrigerator, and a room safe. There was also a dryer and the basic bath soaps etc provided. The bed was comfortable, the only thing being that it seems that they use a plastic bed cover to protect their mattresses under their sheets, and that felt a bit uncomfortable, but really glad they use one! The linens were very nice....nice thick bath towels. I did not partake in the breakfasts during my stay, but I did see the buffet, and it looked like they provided a very nice continental breakfast. Everyone there was so friendly and nice. No question or request was left unaddressed. A perfect stay!"
