Reserved this hotel for a stay in Aberdeen. The hotel entrance was difficult to find. At the entrance a male member of staff was smoking at the hotel and did not have a care to smoke away from the door. On entry there was an odour from the hotel. At reception, a male staff member was there. He was unable to book me in straight away and needed some time. A short time late I was able to receive a key and go to the room. The lift was not working within the hotel. The cleanliness of the room was awful. The duvet cover was torn/shredded. Pillow case had stains on it. The bed was against the wall and the wall was heavily stained with what appeared to be dried blood or vomit. On the base of the divan there appeared to be dried blood beside the mattress. The laminate type floor within the room was incredibly dirty, as if it hadn't been swept or hoovered and certainly not mopped. The small chair within the room was full of stains. The bathroom floor was disgusting, stains on the floor, pubic hair and other body hair around the toilet and the sink. The bath/shower was dirty appeared unsanitary. The bathroom door had staining on the door - bodily fluids?
I immediately left the hotel. I would not recommend.

I stayed at this hotel some time aho and it was amazing, i stayed last night and the hotel is poor... only bar food available as the main restautant only opens wed to sun. The room is very tired with oily stains on the bedding, carpets all stained, the shower seal was full of mould from top to bottom, the water didnt drain away so the shower base was full of water. When i opened the window i thougjt it was going to fall in... when i checked out there was no customer service at all..sorry i wont be staying hete again
