“Spotlessly clean, wonderful hosts, excellent (and huge!) breakfast. Lovely towpath walk along the canal into the town centre. Only marked down because when we booked, the room was described as en suite when in fact the shower room was separate, shared and up a steep flight of stairs. ”

“Room was ok . Dull dark decor and v small television. Table light worked but wonky and carpet threadbare in some areas . Clean .
Check in was not very welcoming , lady seemed rushed and no pleasantries . Asked for more milk which didn’t get . Meal in the evening was good . Sticky toffee sauce was more like weak caramel. Decided not to stay the night so returned home so can’t comment on breakfast. Staff serving meal v good . ”
