room was clean. hotel location little sketchy.

Very cold and drafty, heat only goes to 70 for a few moments. Space heaters are needed. Bathroom is cold, water doesnt reach a super hot temp. Back door is not level so you can see outside through the bottom. Location is great, neighborhood is cool. Not a horrible stay for an urbanite but of there just a little bit of bougie in you, you may wanna pass

Staff was very friendly. Room was very clean

The inside looked like it had been recently renovated. It was more than enough room for 8 people. The kids loved the loft! The location was great. We came in late winter/early spring and it was perfect hiking weather with the kids. The kitchen was more than large enough to make pizzas for dinner and bacon and pancakes for breakfast. I highly recommend taking their suggestion of bringing your own streaming device if you want to do movie night; they make set up very easy. We can’t wait to come back in the summer when we can take advantage of more of the amenities.

Room was very clean and comfortable, shuttle drivers were great, a little long to wait at the airport, but the worst was checking in very slow, not sure if they had problems with their system but about 40min to check in
