The open kitchen is well-equipped with an oven, dishwasher, induction hot plates, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, and an electric coffee machine. There is a shower and a separate toilet on the main floor.

The property is equipped with air-conditioning and forced-air heating for your comfort.
