"La regadera no tenía agua caliente y, aunque lo reporté de inmediato, pasaron 12 horas para que la “solución” fuera simplemente cambiarme de cuarto. Ese tiempo es excesivo para algo tan esencial. En recepción no supieron darme una respuesta clara ni una solución inmediata, ya que ni siquiera sabían cuándo podía venir mantenimiento. Honestamente, con esa experiencia, no considero volver a hospedarme ahí."

The rooms we originally selected were not ready upon arrival, and one of the rooms had already been assigned to another guest. The staff was unable to assist effectively at that time, and it took about an hour to resolve the issue over the phone. The following day, there was a problem with the floor due to ongoing construction, and we were asked to change rooms, which was inconvenient. Communication with the front desk staff was also challenging, making it difficult to resolve concerns smoothly. On a positive note, the breakfast was good and enjoyable. We also really liked the city—people were very friendly. We would visit Monterrey again, but we are not sure if we would stay at this hotel."

"A nice hotel. We only had two towels which was kind of strange. No hand towels. I suppose we could have asked for more. Restaurant was kind of strange. Only a couple people there. Staff did not seem to know if they had wine and did not seem familiar with their offerings in the restaurant. Overall, a nice place to stay as we traveled."
