Mindoro Vacations from $645

Very clean place. So for staff - you use a kiosk to check in or if you need anything. No staff available to talk to. Asked about my bill and they couldn't tell me anything about it , they said I had to contact Expedia. First night there was fine , 2nd night there they took us out of the system we couldn't get back into our room until they reprogram our cards. We scheduled for 3 nights. Bathroom door would not latch or lock. There was 4 of us. Lol . And to top it off Mattress was really hard. The one exit that we were using doesn't not connect to lock. You hear it but nope you can open it. Light is always green. Every night we had a homeless person sitting by that door and charging there computer ect.. I was really worried about security. The pool and jacuzzi were completely dryed.

Nice place and good service !!

Pool area is closed. EV charger is broken. Appears there is no plan to fix. Everything seems to be clean.

Angry, rude clerk. Wouldn't allow my stay because I lived within a certain radius. I understand this policy, but I was ridiculed for being homeless by the desk clerk who asked very personal questions so he could continue to throw out disparaging comments and criticize the U.S. Perhaps he should move back to his own country.
