"I arrived in the evening 2nd of 3 people in line. The young lady checking me in was patient and kind. She kept her full attention on the person she was checking in Did not have cleaning service, so I had to get refill of coffe pods for the room. "

"The front desk manager, Anna, was beyond amazing. Our trip had a series of unfortunate events (not related to the hotel), and she went above and beyond to help us and make sure we had anything we needed. She is the main reason we will continue to book with this hotel in the future! The hotel beds were comfy, and the breakfast was great! Location was perfect as it was only a mile or 2 away from Valley Fair."

"Wow! Blown away by this property! This is a beautiful hotel, casino and golf course. Everything about our stay was perfect The room was great! Comfortable and pristine! The staff was super friendly and accommodating in every way in every area! Pool and hot tub were great! Food was great! Had fun playing in the casino and enjoyed cocktails at the bar! Everyone we met took pride in working here! Will definitely go back!!"
