DO NOT STAY HERE!
The room was absolutely terrible. The inside drawer of the nightstand had what appeared to be dried vomit in it. The bathroom did not have hot water. The mattress had a noticeable dip in it. The outside view was of a dirty alley or rear patio area. The shower plumbing was loose. The bathroom door was damaged like someone kicked it.
When I went to the front desk to tell him we didn't have hot water he said he would send someone. After an hour no one came and we decided to leave. Hot water or not the place was disgusting. My mother was afraid to leave the window open for air because she was afraid a rat might crawl in the room.
I contacted Expedia about a refund but they said it would have to be approved by the hotel.
I went back to the front desk and now it was some other guy there. He said someone was on their way to look at the hot water problem. I told him we would be checking out and would like a refund. He said we would get a refund later as it has to be processed by the office. I asked for a receipt but he said he could not provide me with one because we didn't stay there the whole night, but he promised I would get a refund. We had checked in at about 5 pm and we were checking out 4 hours later because we temporarily left for dinner.
We didn't waste anymore time checking out and going to another hotel. The hotel denied our refund request through Expedia.

The room itself was very nice, newly decorated and very clean. Nice big shower with overhead shower and hand held. Only a few little negatives that have marked down the rating. Description of hotel states onsite parking, there isn't. It is only the street parking available. Description also states refrigerator. There is no refrigerator in the room but there is access to a communal refrigerator.
