Es un hotel bonito y la naturaleza que lo rodea es inigualable …pero tuvimos mala suerte, hubo un ventarrón súper fuerte, lluvia intensa y se fue la luz, dormimos con calor ….moscos …no se nos informó nada, nos asustamos un poco y bueno estaba un poco saturado el hotel …la alberca a tope ..pero se come rico, tienen buen chef y si son atentos los empleados, visiten Palenque, es muy muy bonito

We had a lovely room, comfortable bed, great shower and helpful staff, but completely ruined by mechanical noises all night ruining sleep. In an effort to help we were moved to a neighbouring hotel - but had a small internal room with no external window, nowhere to sit comfortably, and no natural light.
