Location is perfect. Staff is great - very friendly, helpful, and welcoming. Rooms are typically European-sized. Beds are comfortable. Really appreciated the complementary water dispenser - still or carbonated. Just a delightful stay.

We loved the refurbishment since our previous visits. We loved Kevin, so helpful. But why does the restaurant close in French holidays? Do french people give up eating when they go on holiday????

The suites are very inconsistent in terms of size and decor. Initially, we were given a tiny white box room 502, which is allegedly one of the suites. Luckily, this was changed to a different room, which is shown on their website as a suite. The furniture is pretty old and decor needs upgrading. Housekeeping was hit and miss, we didn’t have any on the third night, even tho we left the room quite early. The staff are very friendly and welcoming and genuinely tried to help with the issues we had.

The apartments were clean and maintained. The rooms had a stale smell though on arrival. Also had asked in advance for a travel cot, which hadn't been put into room. We chose it for self catering option with 3 young children for quick sleepover from Toulouse airport - if coming from airport, would probably try a hotel closer to airport next time.
