Coliving is a hybrid accommodation mode: you benefit from a private space while sharing common living areas, promoting comfort, encounters, and conviviality. You will have access to: •A large common living room with sofas, television and reading corner •An open kitchen with dining room of over 100 m², fully equipped •A laundry room with washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board •A common toilet on the ground floor •An indoor terrace, calm and pleasant, ideal for meals or relaxing Located just a 5-minute walk from Frontignan station, La Vigneronne is perfectly suited to car-free stays. The Wi-Fi connection is very high-speed, linen is provided and end-of-stay cleaning is included. Rentals are possible weekly or monthly, for students, travelling employees, trainees or any person with professional mobility.
