Our stay was disappointing. The room, especially the bathroom, was dirty. The beddings and pillowcases were also dirty, and we had to ask for them to be changed. The TV wasn't working, and the Wi-Fi and TV signal were very slow and unreliable. We also felt uncomfortable with the staff, as they were not welcoming and often just stared at us instead of making us feel at ease. We hope the management improves both the facilities and their service.
