I had a truly wonderful stay at Eurostars Palazzo Zichy Hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and genuinely helpful—especially the front desk team. During my recent visit, I unfortunately left behind a very essential medical device (my CPAP machine). The staff went above and beyond to locate it quickly and arrange timely shipping back to me. I am deeply grateful and would like to extend special kudos to everyone involved in assisting me—your kindness and efficiency meant so much. The breakfast buffet was superb, with a great selection and equally warm, attentive service. My room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, making my stay even more enjoyable. The location is excellent—centrally located with easy access to metro and bus transportation. It’s also surrounded by wonderful restaurants, cafés, and a beautiful church, which made exploring the area very convenient and enjoyable. As for areas of improvement, I honestly have none to suggest. Everything about my stay was exceptional. Thank you again for such outstanding service. I would gladly stay here again and highly recommend it to others.
