9/10 Wonderful! (906 reviews)
Parking was great . Location was great . Lovely hotel . But at noon we wanted coffee and a cake in the large dining room off the reception . The waitress told us that we could only have coffee as the kitchen was closed . I told her that the two ladies on the next table just had cake served to them . She promptly told me that they knew the chef ! Not really acceptable for a 5 star hotel . She said the kitchen was open in half an hour .

"Great place close to the train station. A little walk (5min) into the historic center, but it was perfect for me as someone traveling later in the evening with several bags from the train station. Staff were so friendly and helpful. I needed guidance for shipping a package home to the US and they ..."
