A very noisy family group let the children play outside their room in a tiled hallway which was not conducive to restful sleep. Gave us a great tip on one place for dinner and we ate at Hotel am Park our second night. Nice location with walking into the spa complex down the road and easy and free on-site parking. Not the Ritz but warm and comfortable, especially if you are looking for a laid back experience in this area. "

"Wir haben 4 Nächte dort verbracht und haben den 60 Geburtstag von meiner Frau gefeiert. Wir waren sechs Erwachsene und ein Kleinkind. Es hat alles sehr gut geklappt. Wir haben alle Möglichkeiten ( Whirlpool, Sauna, Kraftraum ) genutzt. Die Terrasse und der Ess- und Wohnbereich sind riesig und man kann sich großzügig ausbreiten. Wanderwege und Sehenswürdigkeiten sind unmittelbar in der Nähe. Gastronomie sind leicht mit dem Auto erreichbar. Rundum eine gelungene Woche. Sehr zu empfehlen."

"Clerk allowed me to check my bag until check-in time and when I got back, was able to give me a room with a view of the city, which was fantastic! The hotel is just across the street from a small ring-street around the old city center, so very near to everything, but set apart enough that its upper stories (in a shared high-rise) have great views, which really are nice, especially at sunset. Hotel is impeccably clean and convenient, friendly staff, and a great breakfast buffet. The hotel is just a few small streets away from the historic center, but not in it (a relief from crowds), in a very picturesque city with endless restaurants and shops, but also baroque churches and historical buildings. I only had a day on a stopover but got the most out of it, many thanks to the hotel!"
