Moab family March getaway
This spot served as great location for our Moab visit and participation in Canyonlands Run. Provided great parking for 3 vehicles, ideal amenities (kitchen, grill, for meals and dining) easy access to small fishing lake, town, attractions. Thank you Dave V.

Excellent Location but Tired Decor
The property was nicely located and the pool was nice. But the decor and the internal amenities could be upgraded. Very 90s.

Water pressure
We have enjoyed our stay but they're just couple of items we would like to point out. Need locks on bedroom, bathroom doors, water pressure is almost non existent in the upstairs bathroom when more then one faucet is running or toilet tank is filling up. Otherwise lovely location and clean! Thank you!

Bad case of BED BUGS. Water leak under bathroom sink. Hot water heater went cold and needed repair.

I have already sent a review in earlier today. It was a terrible experience!
The property was filthy! There wasn't one clean thing inside or out on this property. The worst experience I've had renting a property in Moab ever!!

NOT worth the money
Best I can say is the property is less than ideal. Upstairs bathroom falling apart and sink doesn't work properly. Only one set of towels. Floor fan comes out of closet in pieces. Refrigerator door handle barely hanging on. Entire place in need of some deep cleaning and updating. Things work just good enough to get by. I would never come back to this place!

Thank you for letting us know about your experience, Todd! We have purchased a new floor fan, fixed the refrigerator door handle, updated the drinking and wine glasses, and scheduled a deep clean. We provide towels for 1.5 times the maximum occupancy of our homes, and we have verified the bathroom sink is working. We hope to see you again!

Great location, beautiful views, clean and well stocked with everything we needed.
We truly enjoyed our stay. The home was very clean and comfortable, the location was great and very close to everything we needed and short drives to the National parks. We had 2 couples staying together and the only thing that I had not realize before we came was both bedrooms were upstairs with only 1 bathroom upstairs. There is a full bathroom downstairs so we decided to have the men shower downstairs and the 2 women shared the upstairs bathroom. The only other thing was with 4 adults wanting to watch tv it would probably be better to have 2 loveseats in the family room vs a couch and 1 chair. We worked it out by having 2 people sitting on the couch, 1 in the chair and 1 sat in a kitchen chair to watch tv. Tv could be a bit larger as it is very tiny. We went on an excursion driving on Hell's Revenge with Cowboy Country Off-Road Adventures and we had Cricket and Kent drove us. Overall a Great Trip!

Meh
The place itself wasn't too bad. Pull Out bed was terrible but the kids fared well enough with it. The advertising says that there is plenty of parking, but they do not allow trailers in the complex, which would have been nice to know since I would have changed where I was staying if I knew this.
