Place smelled clean when we arrived - 2 rooms and a larger full bathroom upstairs. Kitchen /living room /smaller bathroom(toilet & standing shower) Easy to find /park. Glad it had a garage. Pretty views. The upstairs tub/shower is a HAZARD. there isn't a level place to strand in the tub to shower and you are constantly slipping and sliding while trying to shower (I slipped and fell out of the tub and hit my head on the commode while trying to shower). Still trying to get over that. There are no instructions on how to adjust the thermostat for heat or AC (just lower the temperature by 2 degrees at a time) and can't use the fireplace (even though the temperature was in the low 40's at night) until after 11/01\. The condo was in a beautiful setting and perfect location to both parks. Traveling with our two college-aged sons, we had room for all four of us. The condo was in a great location and a very nice surrounding area. The kitchen was stocked with things we needed. We just wished there was a smaller glass bowl and some Tupperware to keep some leftovers in. The only downside was that we could never get cool enough in the condo. The thermostat is on the first floor. When we arrived around 8:00 PM the windows in the upstairs bedrooms were open and it was about 90 degrees outside, so it was warm upstairs! A sign on the thermostat asked that it not be turned down lower than 72 and there were times it just bumped up to 85 (not sure why), so then it would have to cool off again. There were no fans, which would've helped. It helped when we knew the nights would be cooler and we could open a window. Overall, the stay was good. We spent our days out exploring and would eat breakfast and dinner at the condo and then go back out to do more exploring.
