Días antes de alojarnos la chica de recepción me comenta que si llegamos temprano y está el apartamento disponible nos lo daría desde ese momento pues para mí sorpresa llegamos sobre las 12 de la mañana y la chica de recepción nos dice que hasta la 3 de la tarde no podíamos hacer check in a todo esto con calor con los bolsos de las comidas etc . A las 3 de la tarde nos hace el check in y cuando llegamos al apartamento nos encontramos con la limpieza la cual nos dice que ese apartamento y el que cogieron mis suegros estaban limpios que esos dos no se limpiaron ese día porque estaban ya limpios del día anterior se me estropea la comida que llevaba de congelados y embutidos y para rematar en el baño del apartamento de mis suegros dejaron heces en la vasija se lo comento a la chica de la recepción y me dice que se lo dirá a su jefa hoy día del check out le digo que queremos quedarnos hasta por la tarde y me dice que sería 30 euros más en fin yo creo que no es la actitud que tenían que haber tenido
